2021 was a year of kicking new goals at Nambour Yandina United and ultimately, being our most successful year to date. From both Female & Male Premier and Premier Reserve teams finishing in the Grand Finals, to making a historic finish of our Premier Women and Reserve Men taking home the Championship Trophy. 

 

2022 was the year our Juniors dominated on the field with many of our teams making it to the semi-finals. 

Our U14 boys and U13 girls took out the grand final in their divisions.  Our U15 and U13 boys both competed at the semis and unfortunately didn’t get the win on the day. Our U17s boys won the championship and then went on to take out the grand final in a nail biting, on the edge of your seat performance. I would say that the future of Nambour Yandina United is looking bright.  

 

Our club prides itself on being a family friendly and inclusive club.  Our girls with goals programs are run by our senior women and has been successful in growing our club in 2021/2022 to have a girls’ team in every division offered by Sunshine Coast Football. 

   

Most recently our club has launched an Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander scholarship program with funds raised through our NAIDOC Jersey Silent Auction. Members can access this funding if they are of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander by submission to the club. 

 

All this could not happen without the backing of businesses just like yours. 

 

More importantly our Club will celebrate our 50th anniversary in 2024 and in celebration of this milestone we will be launching our 2023-2024 kits and merchandise based on kits worn throughout the last 50 years. 

Our playing kit will be a recreation of the original jersey worn in 1974.
